Recovering Deleted Email

You can recover your email even after you’ve deleted it and emptied the trash. Our mail server stores email messages for up to 30 days after deletion. So, if you’ve deleted an item that is within that time-frame, you can follow this procedure. This procedure works in Microsoft Internet Explorer only:

Access OWA https://wsdmail2.woodland.wednet.edu/owa

Sign in to your account

Select OPTIONS from the menu on the upper right-side

Select Deleted Items from the left hand menu

Select the items that you would like to recover Select “Recover” from the top menu

Click on the Recover to Deleted Items Folder
